You use Petalhue’s site and services lawfully. That means no illegal activity, no copyright or intellectual property violations, and no attempts to harm, deceive, or misuse the platform.

You provide accurate, up-to-date information when placing orders — including billing details, shipping addresses, and contact information.

If you share creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other unsolicited materials with us, you give Roselvy the unrestricted, royalty-free right to use, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise exploit them — in any medium and without restriction. We have no obligation to keep those submissions confidential, pay for them, or respond to them.

You understand that submitting comments or content doesn’t transfer ownership of your personal data — but it does mean Petalhug may use that material freely, as described above.

What We Commit To

We keep your credit card information encrypted during transfer over networks.

We offer optional third-party tools without warranties or guarantees — they’re provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t endorse them, and we’re not responsible for how they work or any outcomes from using them.

We may change product availability, pricing, or features at any time — without advance notice.

We aim to present products accurately online, but we can’t guarantee how colours or images appear on your device screen.

What We Both Agree Applies

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the UK.

Roselvy and its affiliates aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — except where local law prohibits such limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If a claim arises from your breach of these Terms, or from violating the law or someone else’s rights, you agree to cover Roselvy’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and related costs.

What Happens If Things Go Off-Track

We may end your access to Petalhug’s services at any time — without notice — if we suspect you’ve breached any part of these Terms.

You may stop using our services anytime. To formally end your agreement, just let us know — or simply discontinue use.

If your account is terminated, responsibilities you incurred before termination (like unpaid charges) still apply.

How This Agreement Works Over Time

We’ll post updates to these Terms on this page. There’s no automatic notification — so checking back occasionally helps you stay informed.

Continuing to use Knitsaly’s website or services after changes go live means you accept the updated Terms.
